We're currently looking for an organised and detail-driven
Admin Clerk
to join our team in Hull. This role is vital in supporting our inspection and remedial teams, ensuring accurate data capture, planning, and communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Capturing and managing data using Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Liaising with inspection teams and reporting to management & clients
Checking inspection sheets, preparing team packs, and supporting repair planning
Providing administrative support across the business
Skills
1-2 years' experience in an administrative or office role
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)
Confident communicator and team player
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to multitask
Accuracy and attention to detail in data processing
Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
SharePoint experience desirable (training provided if not)
Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting is preferred.
