Duties



Manage and process customs documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Handle incoming calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing outstanding customer support Maintain organized filing systems for all administrative and customs-related documents, including data entry and record keeping Experience would be a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided Hours will be 9am-5.30pm Mon - Fri
