Administration And Finance Officer

Job Description

We're Signature Healthcare Services Limited and we're looking for a finance officer and administration to work with us.

We're a scaling company growing 3x year on year and we intend to continue this growth year on year across the company.

Responsibilities:
- Managing monthly pay roll through Xero

- Managing bank feeds and reconciliation through Xero

- Ensuring journals are up to date

- Reconciling NHS statements

- Reviewing expenditure and ensuring departments meet budget requirements

- Monthly invoicing

- Accounts receivable and payable

- Working with the accountants to ensure audits and journals are up to date

- Monthly VAT submission

We are looking for someone ambitious who likes to contribute ideas and can bring innovation to improve the business. Experience in the healthcare sector or within pharmacy isn't essential but preffered.

This is a 20hour per week roll and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can make improvements to our system and contribute ideas to automation and having better processes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,000.00-19,000.00 per year
