Admin Manager
who doesn't just love a good spreadsheet--but knows how to create calm in complexity, structure in chaos, and confidence in every well-timed email. At

What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Home Manager, you'll lead our administrative function, which includes a wonderful reception team--ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home. You'll be trusted to:
Lead and coordinate
the reception team and front-of-house area, ensuring every visitor (in person, on the phone or online) receives a warm, polished and memorable welcome.
Oversee onboarding and HR admin
--including contracts, right-to-work checks, time & attendance systems, mandatory training compliance, and general Home communication--with the grace and detail of someone who secretly loves a ticked box.
Run the Home's payroll processing
and ensure everything is correct, compliant, and calmly submitted without last-minute panic.
Manage finance admin
including invoicing and debtor tracking--keeping things precise, proactive, and always one step ahead.
Champion our
'one team' approach
, working closely with care, hospitality, and leadership teams to make sure every resident receives truly extraordinary support.
Support with fun,
ad-hoc
things like events and marketing
What you'll bring:
Experience in an administration or office management role (ideally in a care home setting)
Excellent organisational skills (and possibly a mild love affair with to-do lists)
Confidence with HR and compliance processes
A good understanding of CQC
Experience of working with technology, various systems, and spreadsheets
A calm, professional, friendly approach--even when the printer's broken again
A genuine belief that administrative excellence enables compassionate care
