?We're looking for a proactive and experienced Administration Team Leader to join our busy team. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations - with oversight of our Administration, Customer Service, and RMI Helpline teams. You'll play a vital part in ensuring all enquiries, telephone support requests, and orders are handled promptly and professionally.
You'll also take ownership of RMI administration and housekeeping duties, helping to ensure business operations run seamlessly, our member database remains accurate and up-to-date, and KPIs are met and reported on effectively.
