Job Description

?We're looking for a proactive and experienced Administration Team Leader to join our busy team. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations - with oversight of our Administration, Customer Service, and RMI Helpline teams. You'll play a vital part in ensuring all enquiries, telephone support requests, and orders are handled promptly and professionally.

You'll also take ownership of RMI administration and housekeeping duties, helping to ensure business operations run seamlessly, our member database remains accurate and up-to-date, and KPIs are met and reported on effectively.

Key Responsibilities

:

Team Leadership

: Manage, support, and motivate the Administration and RMI Helpline teams, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.

Operational Oversight

: Take charge of RMI administration and housekeeping processes, maintaining efficient and well-organised business operations.

Database Management

: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the member database (Microsoft Dynamics), and produce regular management reports.

Customer Service Excellence

: Handle more complex member and customer enquiries personally, providing timely, professional resolutions and escalating feedback as appropriate.

Membership Engagement

: Oversee the administration of member renewals, invoicing, and day-to-day contact, including courtesy calls and participation in campaigns.

Flexible Support

: Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as required by the IGA and RMI teams.

About You

:

Proven Leadership

: Experience leading and developing teams within a customer service or administrative environment.

Excellent Communicator

: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

Tech Savvy

: Confident in using Microsoft Office and managing databases - experience with Dynamics is desirable.

Team-Oriented

: Able to foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.

Customer-Focused

: Committed to delivering outstanding service and building strong member relationships.
