Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Enthusiast to join our team at A Bespoke Life Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience, cataloguing new items of stock and creating social media graphics.
Responsibilities
Processing and packaging orders placed through the website
Replying to customers enquiries
Liaising with our suppliers to ensure seamless production of bespoke jewellery orders
Catalogue new jewellery stock: take and edit photos, write descriptions and upload to the website
Create marketing graphics for email and social media
Requirements
Trustworthy and organised, we are looking for a reliable freelancer to join our team on a temporary fixed contract.
A passion and understanding of jewellery, ideally geared towards vintage and antique jewellery as you will need to write accurate descriptions of new stock (some training will be given)
Basic photography and editing skills, happy using CapCut, Canva etc.
Creatively minded, not afraid to offer new ideas and approaches to the business
Working Hours
We are a very flexible company with a goal orientated approach, passionate about our employees managing their own time and schedule. Together we will discuss your set work days and timings. If that means you work until 3pm and then need to do the school run before hoping back on your laptop at 8pm, that is okay. We only ask that your work days and schedule are kept consistent across your time with us.
Some tasks will need to be completed at the office, but others have scope to be completed remotely.
