Job Description

We're looking for a fast-working, detail-oriented and social media-savvy employed marketing assistant to support our company director on a remote basis. This is a varied and dynamic role that will see you working across everything from client content creation and scheduling, to market research, admin and inbox management.

If you're highly organised, creative, and excited by the world of social media and digital marketing, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with day-to-day management of the company director's tasks and priorities Create engaging Instagram Stories, reels and other short-form content for clients Schedule and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Conduct hashtag and trend research to support client content strategies Plan and brainstorm content ideas in line with current trends and client goals Edit short-form video content (basic edits, subtitles, trimming, transitions) Carry out industry and competitor research for clients and internal strategy Support with inbox management and day-to-day business admin Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns Help streamline systems, processes and content planning workflows

What We're Looking For:



A strong grasp of social media platforms and what performs well Confidence using tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms Basic video editing skills and a good eye for content aesthetics Strong written communication and attention to detail Super organised, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks at once Comfortable working remotely, managing your own time and deadlines Bonus if you've worked in content, marketing or admin for a creative or aesthetics-led business
