Role Overview
We're looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Administration Associate
to join our friendly and growing team.
This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly -- from customer service and order processing to coordinating logistics and supporting finance.

Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Assistant at Primo Play Limited, tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Processing and posting invoices accurately.
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Liaising with courier companies to confirm delivery details and lead times.
Processing sales orders from receipt through to dispatch.
Supporting general office administration as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes:
Must demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
Experience with
Sage 50 Accounts
(or similar software) preferred -- training will be provided.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
Work Schedule & Environment
This is a
full-time, on-site position
based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. The work schedule is as follows:
Monday to Thursday:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday:
8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Total weekly hours:
39 hours
