Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administration Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.
Ensure that all telephone calls and enquiries received are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Providing daily administrative support to multiple departments
All other associated administration duties required to fulfil the duties of the role.
Criteria
Previous administrative experience is essential however full training will also be provided.
Computer Literate, proficient on Microsoft Office Programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
Proficient in communicating through use of social media platforms
