Ox Resin is the UK's premier training provider for decorative resin-based products, specialising in Epoxy Resin Floors, Resin Bound Driveways, and Venetian Plaster/Resin Walling.

Role Overview:


We're seeking a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary focus will be managing incoming calls and prioritising customer enquiries effectively.

Start Date: On or as close as possible to : 16/06/2025

Key Responsibilities:



Managing incoming calls and customer enquiries Prioritising and routing customer communications Basic administrative support Processing invoices

Essential Requirements:



Excellent telephone manner Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize effectively Basic computer literacy (email and internet) Attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Location: On-site position (not remote)

Pay: 23,000.00-27,000.00 per year
