Job role and purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone organised and efficient who has the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines to join our team. The successful candidate will be?responsible for providing day-to-day support to our partnership team. From setting up meetings, helping to coordinate events to website updates and reporting - this role is critical in ensuring our 160+ businesses get the most out of their partnership with NGI.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
The following list is typical of the level of duties which the post holder will be expected to perform. It is not necessarily exhaustive and other duties of a similar type and level will be required from time to time to support NGI to achieve its ambitions.
Support with logistics for partner events, meetings and forums.
Support with internal and external reporting of delivery and outcomes for our partners, maintaining good records of activities, KPIs, enquiries, partner agreements and correspondence.
Onboarding and offboarding partners and maintaining partner databases and CRM.
Support with preparation of meeting and event materials including PowerPoint presentations, reports, partner agreements and updates
Utilising internal communication channels to update colleagues on NGI partnerships and events.
Administrative support including budget sheet updates, raising POs, maintaining accurate partner records.
Support for NGI staff with booking travel and hotels and support for external event bookings, orders and logistics.
Monitoring email inboxes and responding in a timely manner.
Updating and adding partner information, listings, job opportunities and events across our digital platforms and websites to ensure it is current, accurate and up to date. This includes our events platform Data Thistle and our newly launched SkillsHub.
Any other administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of NGI with our partners and key stakeholders
