We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrative Professional with strong finance capabilities to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily administrative tasks to support smooth business operations Prepare, process, and track invoices with attention to detail Assist with financial reporting and data entry Maintain accurate records and documentation Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders Support project coordination and general office administration

Requirements:



Proven experience in administration, with a strong focus on finance and invoicing Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ideally proficient in Mac systems, Xero accounting software, and Google Workspace

Salary:



41666 - 55000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro rata depending on hours worked
