We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Trainee to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be essential in providing assistance across multiple areas of the business, including office administration, sales, reservations and events. You will gain hands-on experience in various roles, ensuring smooth operations within our office environment, assist with annual leave and provide flexible support as needed.
Duties
Supporting with telephone calls and answering within a reasonable time, forwarding on calls or taking messages where appropriate.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records, where necessary.
Utilize Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets as needed.
Support the office manager, sales manager and events manager.
Schedule appointments and coordinating meetings effectively for the management team.
Offer clerical support including proofreading documents and ensuring all communications are clear and professional.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Gain knowledge on payroll and personnel.
Gain knowledge on KPI reporting.
Gain knowledge in daily sales documentation for the overall building, as well as departmental.
Oversee our training platform and measure completion.
Provide front desk support in the foyer, where necessary.
Be an ambassador for The Dome and be fully conversant with all our products and services.
