Permanent, full year, full time (37 hours/week)

Salary:

Grade 4. Full year salary: 25,583, depending on experience

About the role



The Admin Team at UCC are often the first contact visitors have with the school. They operate the Reception desk, welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls and provide a full administrative service to the school. It's a busy environment and will appeal to people who like their days to be different.

About the successful candidate



We're looking for an efficient, experienced administrator to join our central Admin Team. You should have sound written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, effective organisational skills and be willing to learn on the job. You will have at least five higher passes at GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and maths; previous experience in an administrative role is desirable. We will provide full training for the successful candidate.
