Summary

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at DACT Maintenance Ltd. The Administrator will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Taking Emergency Callout calls and booking in engineers. Monitoring and booking Emergency Callout calls for key account customers. Inbox management for several customer accounts. Fleet Management for company vans and cars. Ordering new vans & returning old vans at end of lease. Updating Insurance policy with new vans and cars. Updating toll road accounts with new vans and cars. Recruitment, inc adding adverts to Indeed, sending CV's to managers, arranging interviews. Van servicing, windscreens and repair bookings. Booking training courses for engineers, such as ECS health and safety. Updating employee database information and keeping documents up to date for new starters and current engineers. Hotel Bookings. Adhoc Tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Strong clerical skills. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette Strong computer skills using different customer systems. Full training will be given.
