About the role







We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the delivery of the Household Support Fund across Gloucestershire. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery which provides vital assistance to residents facing financial hardship. You will support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:


Managing and processing applications for support. Maintaining accurate records and databases. Responding to enquiries from residents and partner organisations. Assisting with reporting and compliance requirements. Assisting with payments of vouchers Handling incoming calls



About You





We're looking for someone who:


Has excellent organisational and communication skills. Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Teams and SharePoint. Can work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. Enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high-quality service.




Experience in administration within a public sector or community-focused environment is desirable but not essential.

It is expected that this role will be based predominantly in Shire Hall at 4 days per week with 1 day per week working from home.
