GreenSquareAccord is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Support Administrator to join our dynamic OperationsSupport Team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide vital administrative support across both our Midlands and Southwestregions, ensuring smooth communication and seamless processes across teams.


About the role



As an Operations Support Administrator, you will support key internal functions, ensuring efficient service delivery through effective administration of systems and procedures. You ll manage everything from invoicing and onboarding to system support and data management - all while being a vital link between departments, contractors, and operatives.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



Has strong administrative experience, ideally in an operational or contractor-facing role. Is confident working with systems such as MRI and TotalMobile (or similar platforms). Possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Can flexibly travel to our

Southwest region

on occasion as required.
