Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our Student Information Services team and play a key role in supporting learners across their educational journey.


As an Administrator, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues and curriculum teams to manage student data and provide a professional, customer-focused service. This is a varied and rewarding role where your contribution will directly support the success of our students and the smooth running of our college operations.

Essential Criteria



Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), with willingness to work towards Level 3. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Recent experience in a student data-related or similar administrative role. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and databases. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities



Process student enrolments and maintain accurate records across FE, HE, and Apprenticeship programmes. Administer exams, timetables, course setups, and student transfers or withdrawals. Use student data systems to input and manage information throughout the student lifecycle. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
