Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for an
Administrator
to join our Student Information Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate student data management across the entire student lifecycle, from enrolment through to achievement. You will provide a professional, customer-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting key processes such as enrolments, exams administration, timetabling, and course planning.
Essential Criteria
Level 2 qualification (and willingness to work towards Level 3)
or
equivalent experience
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
Recent experience in a data-related administrative role
Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and databases
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain student data across enrolment, exams, timetabling, and course setup
Provide high-quality administrative support and customer service across all sites
Liaise with curriculum teams and other departments to ensure data integrity
Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance with data protection regulations
Contribute to process improvements and support departmental projects
