Worcester Therapy Group seeks to employ an administrative assistant to work on an hourly basis to answer and respond to out-of-hours calls into service, as well as conduct a basic level of administrative duties e.g. ensuring clients gain entry to the building and diary data is processed correctly. While prior experience is not essential, some familiarity with customer service is considered advantageous. This post would suit individuals with an academic interest in psychology or counselling looking to gain invaluable experience in the healthcare sector, working in a front-facing role within a busy psychotherapy service.
A variety of 4 hour shifts are available, either weekday evenings 5-9pm, or a Wednesday morning between 10-2pm. Up to 20hrs in total are available. Flexible working patterns which can be adapted to suit the individual needs of candidates, with the opportunity to work additional hours when other members of administrative staff are on annual leave.
