Job Description

Administrator required for busy Property Maintenance Office. Candidates should have fast and accurate keyboard skills, good attention to detail, and an excellent telephone manner. Previous admin experience in a property maintenance environment would be preferred. A proven track record in customer service, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Responsibilities include call logging, engineer/sub contractor liaison, sales ledger, purchase ledger, client reporting and all other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
