Key Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders accurately
Place material and component orders with suppliers
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams
Track orders, deliveries, and lead times
Raise purchase orders and maintain order records
Prepare and issue quotations and order confirmations
Support production planning with up-to-date job information
Maintain project and job documentation
Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, order processing, or operations role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or HVAC environments is an advantage
Experience with technical documentation or drawings is beneficial but not essential
