Fidelis College is an HMC affiliated independent Catholic school in South London, dedicated to providing a first-class education rooted in faith, scholarship, and service. Inspired by the Catholic tradition, our mission is to nurture the whole child--academically, spiritually, and personally--so that every pupil can flourish and contribute meaningfully to society. We combine high academic standards with a warm, supportive environment where children are known, valued, and encouraged to achieve their best.
At Fidelis, our ethos is shaped by Gospel values: respect, integrity, compassion, and perseverance. We believe that education is not only about examination results but also about forming character, fostering resilience, and encouraging a lifelong love of learning. Our community is vibrant and ambitious, with pupils and staff working together in a spirit of mutual respect and shared purpose.
Working at Fidelis means joining a team committed to excellence, innovation, and pastoral care. Staff enjoy a strong sense of collegiality, opportunities for professional growth, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in the lives of young people. Whether in the classroom or beyond, colleagues are supported to thrive, contribute their strengths, and be part of a school with a clear moral purpose and a bright future.
