The Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. This position is responsible for administrative and human resources functions, supporting day-to-day office management, coordinating company's housing, and implementing procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Administrator ensures that both staff, visitor and contractor needs are met with professionalism. The role reports directly to the General Manager and contributes to fostering a productive and well-organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Front desk management including phone, welcome visitors, and be the front-face of company's policy and principles.
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation (hotels, flights, cars etc.).
Manage general contractors, and suppliers such as cleaners, gardeners, pest-control, fire alarms, broadband and mobiles.
Order goods, Sorting and distributing incoming post, distribute internal communication and responsible of posting outgoing packages.
Liaise with corporate headquarters to provide IT support and new setup installations.
Filing and maintaining a clean and organised physical and digital archive environment.
Responsible for all sponsorships and charity donations as per policy.
Staff Administration
Maintain accurate physical and digital staff files including Holidays and Sick Leave.
Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training staff.
Manage council, contractors and staff that company's housing are well maintained, furnished and clean.

Pay: 24,813.00-30,887.00 per year
