Office Administrator
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, sorting mail and prioritising emails
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and data management
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks online
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
