We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our growth strategy -- driving new business, managing local marketing activity, and ensuring our sales targets are consistently met.

What You'll Do:

Grow our client base through partnerships, promotions, and strong digital presence. Manage and optimise paid ads, social media, and client communication. Set and support team sales targets. Build partnerships with local salons, gyms, and businesses. Report directly to the clinic director with clear performance metrics.

What You'll Need:

Proven track record in sales (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail). Good understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition. A confident communicator who thrives on hitting targets and growing a brand.
