Position: Aesthetician

Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent).

Starting pay: 30,000 p/a basic, plus bonus (experience & performance)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

Location: Wimpole Street, Central London W1

Start Date: Asap

We are seeking an experienced

Aesthetician

to join our Laser & Skin Clinic.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who delivers exceptional results while providing a refined, personalised client experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent work ethics Proven experience as an Aesthetician within a clinical setting Strong background in customer service, consultations and sales. Experience dealing with queries and complaints Hands-on experience with: Laser Hair Removal, Micro-needling, Peels and other similar treatments. Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills Always well presented, professional and client-focused thanks

Role Expectations:

Work collaboratively with and support team members to deliver bespoke consultations and treatments tailored to individual client needs to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Confidently conduct advanced skin consultations and treatment planning. Confidently and successfully dealing with queries and complaints in a calm authoritative manner Build a long term client relationships based on trust and results Confidence in upselling and educating clients on treatments and skincare Represent the clinics values of excellence, discretion and customer care
