THE ROLE




We're now looking for a talented

Affiliate Marketing Executive

to take our affiliate programme to the next level, driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and profitable ROI while ensuring Karen Millen continues to stand out in the competitive fashion space.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



+ Drive the growth of the

Karen Millen affiliate programme

, acquiring new customers profitably and representing the brand in line with guidelines. + Develop and manage long-term affiliate promotional plans across multiple site types (incentive, content, and beyond), achieving ambitious performance targets.
+ Regularly report results and campaign insights to the Head of Marketing, using tools like Google Analytics and Fospha to make recommendations and optimise KPIs.
+ Build, maintain, and strengthen agency and affiliate partnerships, negotiating added value and maximum exposure for all campaigns.
+ Suggest and implement

innovative affiliate strategies

to drive growth, aligned with the company's test-and-repeat model, presenting new ideas for sign-off at management level.
+ Monitor competitor activity in the fashion sector, reacting quickly and creatively to ensure Karen Millen stands out and continues to succeed.
+ Collaborate with wider Performance Marketing and operational teams to ensure campaigns are timely, efficient, and on-brand.
+ Share your expertise by mentoring the stakeholders across the wider marketing function.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



We're looking for someone who is commercially sharp, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment. You'll bring:

Affiliate marketing experience

, with a proven track record of driving growth. Previous experience using Affiliate network platforms: Awin, Partnerize, Rakuten etc.. Confident use of reporting and analytical tools such as

Google Analytics/Fospha

and

Microsoft Excel

. A creative, ambitious personality - open to new ideas and excited to test, learn, and innovate. Strong commercial acumen, able to spot opportunities, negotiate effectively, and secure the best deals. Excellent relationship-building skills, quickly establishing trust with partners and maintaining high standards. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, balancing multiple projects with ease.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
