Glass Atlas are looking for an Affiliate Executive to join their Performance division.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Affiliate Executive, you'll play a vital role in managing and optimising affiliate campaigns for a variety of leading eCommerce clients.


You'll be responsible for day-to-day account management, performance analysis, publisher communications, and supporting the wider team with key initiatives.


You'll get hands-on experience with the tools, platforms, and partners that drive Affiliate marketing success--plus the support to grow your career in one of the UK's fastest-growing digital agencies.

Core responsibilities as an Affiliate Exec include:

Ownership and day-to-day management of assigned Affiliate accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with Affiliate partners Execute campaigns and contribute to wider client strategy Analyse campaign performance and escalate key issues as needed Prepare weekly dashboards and client updates Conduct research to uncover new affiliate/publisher opportunities Assist with administrative tasks including e.g. daily trackers Collaborate with the wider team to align on cross-channel strategies Get involved in departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives Support with Influencer outreach and campaign delivery

You will work across a number of clients, some of which you will be largely independently responsible for, with autonomy to define and implement the strategy (with support from Senior team members), others you will help your team in the execution of strategy that you will be able to contribute towards as part of a wider group effort.

Skills and experience

We're looking for someone who:



Has previous experience managing Affiliate activity either at an agency or as part of an in house team. Must have previous experience using an Affiliate platform e.g. Partnerize, Awin, Rakuten etc. Has client facing work experience and ideally previous experience managing partners. Is a confident communicator and comfortable to ask for support when required. Has strong attention to detail. Has excellent organisation and time management skills, and can comfortably manage multiple tasks. Wants to work as part of a growing Affiliates team, working with a wider team of Execs and Managers. Has a proactive attitude and a keen interest in Digital Marketing, particularly Affiliate marketing.
Is interested in industry developments and keeps up to date with emerging trends and Affiliates news.
