Owls Playworker ( After School club) - Permanent - Time Only

We are looking for friendly and experienced

Playworkers

to join our

After School Club

(Owl's)

at The King's School, Chester. This is an ideal role for a person who is seeking part time work within childcare.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

Planning and providing safe and creative activities for the club

Administering first aid as appropriate

Your Skills

Level 2 qualification in childcare or willing to work towards this (this is an excellent opportunity and the school will provide funding for you to study this qualification)

Have experience of working with primary and infant school aged children

Hours of work

12 hours per week -

Owls - 3-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 3:00-6:00 PM - term time only

Salary - 12.45 per hour

Closing Date - 9am Friday 28th November

The role is deemed to be in regulated activity with a high level of contact and responsibility for children on a day to day basis.
