After School Play Worker

Job Description
The aim is to provide children from 4-14 years old with quality play provision in a stimulating and creative environment. This aftercare group forms part of our extra-curricular programme as well as supporting the pupils at the end of the day at Arnold Lodge.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure the daily after school programme runs as scheduled Arrive in advance of the sessions to prepare activities and lay out appropriate resources. Supervise and assist children in programme activities e.g. art and craft, sport, games. To follow school procedures in raising any safeguarding concerns as a matter of priority. To maintain and develop a positive working relationship with all members of staff and parents. To demonstrate a commitment to personal, professional development. To assist with the safe and high quality running of the after school provision.
Hours of Appointment:
This is a part time position Monday to Friday. Please note the working hours are 4pm to 6pm per day.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 13.50 per hour
