About the Role:

As an Agency Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals across Glasgow and the surrounding areas with their daily needs, promoting independence, and ensuring dignity and respect at all times. This role requires a reliable driver who can travel between services and assist with transporting clients when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing person-centred care and emotional support. Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, household tasks). Supporting service users in the community, including outings and appointments. Maintaining accurate records and working in line with care plans.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care/support A caring, patient, and reliable nature. Valid driving licence and access to a car. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
