About the Role:



Jetglow Aircraft Engineering, a leading provider of aerospace maintenance and engineering services, is seeking a skilled

Aircraft Component Painter

to join our team. This is a hands-on role within our paint and coatings department, supporting the preparation, painting, and finishing of aircraft parts and components to industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare aircraft components for painting (degreasing, masking, sanding, etc.) Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings using spray-painting equipment Inspect finished surfaces for quality and compliance with technical specifications Maintain detailed records of work carried out, materials used, and process conditions Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, including PPE use and paint booth procedures

Requirements:



Previous experience in industrial or aerospace painting (aircraft component painting preferred) Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and coating systems (e.g. epoxy, polyurethane) Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and work orders Familiarity with safety procedures when working with hazardous materials. Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity Experience working in a controlled environment (e.g. paint booth or clean room)

Desirable:



Aerospace maintenance environment experience Knowledge of OEM specs (e.g. Boeing, Airbus, or military standards)

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
