We're looking for an experienced, hands-on
Manager
to lead the day-to-day operations of our lively bar and restaurant. From sunrise coffees to sunset cocktails, you'll oversee every aspect of service with energy, excellence, and a genuine love for hospitality.What You'll Do:
Manage daily operations across breakfast, lunch, and evening service Lead and motivate a front-of-house team Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance Work closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless guest experiences Drive bookings, events, and community engagement Monitor inventory, budgets, and supplier relationships
What We're Looking For:
Proven management experience in hospitality (bar/restaurant/venue) Strong leadership and communication skills A guest-first mindset and commitment to quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, all-day service environment Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
