To facilitate accurate day to day stock allocations and investigate dispatch errors. A pivotal role to progress sales orders from production to load planning for dispatch.
Primary Responsibilities
Allocation of inventory to sales orders in SAGE in preparation for dispatch
Raising and processing works orders in SAGE
Reconciliation of day sheets to ensure all excess coil inventory is written off in the SAGE system
Investigate any discrepancies between the information received from production and SAGE
Ensure all tickets are completed and all day sheets recocilled, and excess stock written off, by month end
Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filed and maintained
Liase with the wider finance and production teams to help drive change and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the allocations process
Communicating effectively and accurately at all times
Additional administrative responsibilities as required
Qualifications and Training
Understanding of literacy and numeracy to level 2
Experience
Experience of administrative department
Experience within a manufacturing administration environment (desirable)
Knowledge
A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry systems
Working knowledge of SAGE 200 system (desirable)
