As such, Deloitte's Global Employer Services (GES) practice, which currently serves over 2,000 corporate clients across 130 global locations, has significant expansion plans and is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Emerging Workforce multidisciplinary team.
The UK Emerging Workforce (EW) team assist clients with a breadth of advisory & compliance services. Their focus is on non-traditional mobility & new ways of working, including international remote work and business travel. Service offerings include: current state assessment and business case support, policy and programme design, technology implementation and operational governance, through which the team supports clients with the end-to-end management of their business travel and remote work populations. The team are growing rapidly, in an exciting and expanding area of Deloitte's GES practice.

Key responsibilities for an Analyst include:

  • Project management - support and contribute to projects ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes; learn project management skills.
  • Technology implementation - There is strong focus on digital services to support programme delivery via our business travel risk /remote work assessment platform
  • Advisory projects including policy & process design
  • Work with diverse on-shore and off-shore teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Support with preparation of materials for business development opportunities; grow your commercial awareness.
  • Gain exposure to multidisciplinary projects delivered together with other service lines including human capital consulting, technology & analytics, tax, payroll advisory and operations, immigration and many other specialists across Deloitte, both in the UK and EMEA.
  • Develop relationships with clients, engagement teams and technical teams the UK and India and establish trust through day-to-day communication and quality service delivery.

Global Employer Services (GES)

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
