We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at interpreting schematics. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership capabilities who can effectively manage equipment repair and maintenance tasks, particularly in air conditioning systems and construction environments.

Duties

Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, focusing on air conditioning units and other mechanical systems. Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and execute construction projects efficiently. Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and engineering modifications for compliance purposes.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Strong understanding of schematics and the ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Experience in air conditioning systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Familiarity with construction processes and standards is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
