What You'll Do



Run top-of-funnel outbound sales using LinkedIn automation, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns Qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers for both Million Labs and Elevate AI Write your own outreach sequences--don't just follow a script, bring your own ideas and voice Pick up the phone confidently--this isn't a sit-back-and-wait role Work directly with the founders of both companies and help shape sales strategy and funnels Participate in weekly strategy meetings to continuously improve our process and messaging

What We're Looking For



1+ year experience in outbound sales or SDR roles (ideally in tech or startups) Excellent written and spoken English Confident with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, MailerLite, etc. Proactive and resourceful--someone who builds systems, not just follows them Creative approach to outreach and lead qualification Not afraid to speak up, ask questions, and try new angles Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections directly
