Working alongside our Head of BD you'll be responsible for generating new business through effective prospecting and progressing sales leads into qualified sales opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting:
Identify new business prospects and increase connections linked to the ICP to build out a prospect database. Activities in this area include desktop research, supporting webinars and attending relevant networking events including exhibitions and awards.
Outbound Sales:
Initiate contact via email, social media, telephone, to build intrigue and secure appointments and discovery meetings.
Inbound Sales :
Qualify inbound enquiries using a consultative sales techniques to determine "fit".
Sales Administration:
Prepare sales bids, maintain a CRM and produce recuring reports,
What We're Looking For
A minimum 3+ years' experience in a sales capacity ideally in a logistics environment
A consultative, solutions-focused sales mindset with the ability to both originate & close.
A proven achiever with a desire to exceed meaningful targets
Good verbal and written skills with the confidence to engage with key stakeholders
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
A collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude
Possesses a Full UK driving license
With a strong process driven administration background you will be confident, organised and most importantly you'll enjoy dealing with people with a smile.
