About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, booking demos, and helping us bring Homedata to the desks of surveyors, valuers, and property teams across the UK.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on speaking to people, loves property and tech, and wants to grow within a fast-moving SaaS startup. What You'll Do
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and book high-quality demos for the founder or sales lead
Follow up on inbound interest and marketing-generated leads
Keep CRM up to date with contact notes and activity
Help improve outreach scripts, pitch decks, and demo feedback loops
Work closely with the product team to share customer insights
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead gen or business development (SaaS or Proptech a bonus)
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Organised, persistent, and goal-oriented
Comfortable talking to surveyors, estate agents, and property pros
Interest in the UK property market, SaaS, or data-driven tools
What You'll Get
Base salary 27,000 - 31,000 DOE + uncapped commission
