We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Food Production and coffe worker and barista . This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and production of high-quality food items. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for making food preparation, cooking, and baking, (not necessarily experienced we love mantain our secret recipe thereforewe will provideanyway a full training) longside a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the baking of goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
Preparing drink and serving food . (front of house )
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and service of meals.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Participate in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for new dishes.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Requirements
Proven experience in food production or preparation within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on cooking and baking techniques.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for food and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for customers.
