We're looking for a motivated
Apprentice Baker
to join our friendly team and learn all aspects of traditional and modern baking.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries, and savouries
Learn key techniques such as fermentation, lamination, shaping, and finishing
Help maintain bakery cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support the baking team with daily production and prep work
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to the bakery team
Requirements
A genuine interest in baking and food
Hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable with early starts and manual work
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Bakery Level 2/3
