Overview:
Join our dynamic and award-winning Nursery as an Early Years Educator. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a passion to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare and education. You will be provided with a mentor who will fully support you in your qualification.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care for children aged 0-5 years.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for young learners.
- Model positive social skills during mealtimes and supervise feeding activities.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Uphold safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being of all children.
- Attend to individual needs of each child with care and sensitivity.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate initiative in addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and Maintain awareness of health and safety standards at all times.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English language to facilitate clear communication.
