Ingleford Scaffolding Ltd has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. About the Role:



As our Quantity Surveyor Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial, operations, and finance teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Raising purchase orders Tracking hired plant and equipment Assisting with month-end invoicing Supporting cost management and queries on regional projects Monitoring project costs Providing general administrative support Monitor, track, and distribute contract documentation on live bids and projects Assist the commercial team with reporting, raising invoices, and monthly recharges Collate project completion documents, including final account statements Support the Commercial Manager with regional business reporting General buying tasks Filing and maintaining essential project paperwork You will be enrolled onto a Level 4 Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship
You'll gain valuable exposure to all areas of the business, offering excellent opportunities for career development.

Requirements



Intermediate Excel and general IT skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work across different teams and meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines Finance/accounting experience is desirable but not essential
