We'll hold your hand settling in, then push you forward as you grow.
If you're good, you can go from
25k to 35k+ in 1-2 years
and become a mechanic we genuinely depend on.
What You'll Learn Day-to-Day
Health checking vehicles.
Light servicing.
Diagnostics & fault finding.
Replacing/repairing parts correctly.
Supporting the workshop team.
Becoming a proper technician, not just a spanner-spinner.
What We're Looking For
The right person will have:
A Level 2 qualification or similar.
Some hands-on workshop experience (garage, yard, backstreet unit, fitting bay -- anything that shows you're already on the path).
A positive attitude and open mind.
Reliability, honesty and a bit of pride in your work.
A desire to be part of a proper team, not just clock in and out.
Someone who gives more than they take and appreciates a family feeling.
