Playnation at Parkdean Resorts, Camber Sands, are looking for new Customer Service Assistants for their 2026 season,

starting from 13th February 2026!

We're looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individuals to join us at this busy Arcade.

Please note, that due to gambling regulations,

all applicants must be 18 years old or above to be considered for the role.

Your responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Up sell additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and company revenue.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure the premises is well-maintained with a focus on machine cleanliness.
- Restock and refill machines effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To be quick and efficient and prioritising and solving queries or issues based on highest level of priority.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in venue related tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
