We are currently looking to hire staff for our Arcade at Ruda Holiday Park.
Applicants MUST be 18 or over.
Applicants MUST either be able to drive/ride/walk reliably to work. Public transport options unfortunately will not be considered.
An ideal candidate should be flexible in the shifts they work, either day shifts (9am-4pm), or evening shifts (4pm-10pm/11pm during peak times).
We are currently offering 2-3 shifts per week, with the option of moving up to full time hours (5-6 days a week) during summer holidays if desired by the applicant.
Applicants are not required to have worked in the sector previously, as full training will be provided, but we appreciate initiative and a willingness to figure things out themselves.
Your own transport is a must, as the location of the Park in Croyde makes public transport use difficult for start and finish times.

- Willingness to learn how to resolve simple issues with machines when required (Full training provided)

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Help guests redeem prizes for their tickets in the Redemption Shop
- Assist guests with inquiries and machine issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade
