Job Description

A job is offered for a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual in our sports and amusement hall who can work well under pressure in a fast moving environment.

The job involves nightshift, evening and weekend work, so candidates must be able to work these hours, and be flexible in their availability for shifts. This full time position will be on a four day working week basis.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary as you will be dealing hands-on with customers on a daily basis. Previous customer service and cash handling experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to join our team and expect a high level of interest in the position so advise candidates to apply as soon as possible. Full training to be provided on-site.

The role will involve:

Ensuring cash transactions and cash floats are correct at all stages of your shift. Dealing with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times. Ensuring the business premises are always clean, tidy and presentable. Working as part of a team and being flexible in your availability for additional shifts. Two midweek nightshifts, one weekend nightshift, plus one evening shift. Overall a four day week is expected, but additional or variable shifts may be required.
