Architectural Technician / Assistant
to join our team.The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated
Architectural Technician / Assistant
to play a key role in the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.You will be responsible for:
Preparing technical drawings and detailed design packages using
Revit
Producing and coordinating drawings for planning and building regulations submissions Applying your knowledge ofUK Building Regulations
to ensure compliance Supporting project delivery across a variety of residential and commercial schemes Collaborating with the wider team to develop design-led, buildable solutionsAbout You
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years' experience in a similar role
within an architectural practice Strong proficiency inRevit
(essential) Excellent working knowledge ofUK Building Regulations
Strong attention to detail with an organised, proactive approach Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits
Full-time,
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working - balance of Liverpool city centre office and home working Opportunity to work on varied and exciting projects across the region Supportive and creative team environmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
