mainstream primary schools across London
who are looking to appoint talented
ARP Teachers
to join their teams from
September
.
These schools have well-established Additionally Resourced Provisions (ARPs) that support pupils with a range of needs including
ASD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs
.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the teaching and learning within a small ARP class (typically 6-10 pupils)
Adapting and differentiating lessons to meet a wide range of needs
Working closely with TAs and therapists to ensure a holistic, child-centred approach
Collaborating with mainstream staff to support integration where appropriate
Tracking progress and contributing to EHCP reviews and other reporting
What We're Looking For:
A
qualified teacher
(QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN and/or ARP settings
Strong understanding of
inclusive practice
within mainstream schools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Someone calm, consistent, and positive with a nurturing approach
